Could The Burnt Metal While Cooking Food Harms The Fetus?

Dear Doctor, I have a question that really worry me..i am 11 month pregnant and this evening my husband cooked fish fingers for me in an grill oven but he put a metal tray (that comes with the grill oven) on top of the grill oven while cooking. when he gave me the food i smell chemical in my plate so i asked him and he said he burnt it so i thought he meant he burnt the fish fingers but i found out later that he made the metal burnt smell because he put the metal tray on top of the grill oven while its in use. The problem is I ate those fish fingers and now i m worried if that will harm the fetus? Pls help answering me and I m looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you very much.

Hello
Welcome to HCM
Thanks for posting your query
I understand your concerns. If you have eaten bits of metal residues also., no need to worry. It doesn't have any harm to the fetus.

No metal is known or proved to cause any miscarriage.

So be relaxed. Wish you safe pregnancy.

Thank you
