Could The Chest Pulse I M Feeling Be Caused By Someone Stepping On My Back Or My Smoking Habit?

Hey there I m not having any trouble breathing but when I do I have this weird pulse in my chest and in the last two days ago I had someone step on my back so I m not sure if that might be the problem but I also am a smoker so I m wondering if that could be a problem
