Could The Constant Lateral Thigh Pain And Snapping Sensation During Cycling Be Due To Hip Issues Apart From Radiating Pain From Hip Down To The Knee?
Constant pain (dull ache) on the lateral thigh with an audible superficial snapping sensation when cycling. Aggravating Factors: Getting out of the small van (hip external rotation from sitting and over 5km cycling and going downstairs Easing Factors: 30minutes of ice-pack application after cycling, foam rolling on buttock/hamstring/quad I feel superficial dull aching around upper lateral thigh / sharp pain hip ext. rot. and repetitive flexion and extension. The lateral thigh pain somethimes radiate up to hip and down to knee(above the joint line)
