Could The Constipation And Weird Pains During Bowels Be The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi i just had unprotected sex yesterday evening..and acording to my ovulation calculater i had ovulated just over a week ago, but iv been constipated and get weird pains when i try to use the toilet and this has never happened before. I also feel really sick..is there a posibble chance of me being pregnant? It would be great if you could help. Thanks!

Thanks for consulting us.
Ovum do not stay alive for one whole week. If there is no other incident of unprotected sex in the past, this month pregnancy is unlikely. Having constipation or abdominal cramping is not considered a sign of pregnancy. Wait for your coming period, if it is absent do a pregnancy test to exclude or confirm pregnancy.
