Could The Continued Yellow Pus And Occasional Blood After A Drained Perianal Abscess Mean I Now Have A Fistula?

Hi I had gone to urgent care and at first I thought it was an infected hemorrhoid but it turned out to be a perianal abscess. It was drained at home as it was swollen. So the NP took a look at it and saw it was drained and still draining a little not much. So she prescribed me antibiotics and told me it would fix the problem. I had started the antibiotics already and it s been just one day, however I noticed that when I have bowel movement I still see some yellow puss coming out then it stops. Then it s a tiny trinkle of blood here and there. Do you think this could be what I ve heard called a fistula?
