Could The Cough And Allergic Rhinitis Be Due To Active TB?

Hi Im 47 years old and have an 8 mm PPD skin test.. Chest x ray is normal. I also have sneezing and coughing with little, but at the same time I have allergic rhinitis . Could it be possible that I have active TB? I m not experiencing any other symptoms - , no fever , no chills, no weight loss.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
No need to worry for active TB infection. As active TB infection can not cause sneezing. And patient of active tb infection commonly have fever, cough with expectoration, weight loss, night sweats etc. All these are absent in your case. Your chest x ray is also normal. So all these rule out active tb infection. So no need to worry for active tb infection.
Your sneezing and cough is mostly due to allergic rhinitis.
So better to consult ENT doctor and start nasal spray containing steroid, antihistamine and anti allergic drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
