Could The Death By Ear Bleeding Be Due To Brain Hemorrhage?

Hello, my dad has just passed away due to him falling, he had a kidney stone, a pacemaker, diabetes, angina, high blood pressure etc etc, so lots of problems!. He was due kidney stone treatment on the 20th of this month,(after a first attempt a few weeks back, but the docs discovered the stone was embedded in his kidney), but we knew there was a chance it would kill him as the doctors had told us it would eventually if it wasnt removed. Anyway on the 31st of march he went to go to bed and fell over in his room. My brother tried to save him but couldnt, as he was bleeding from his nose, ears, and frothing at the mouth. He had banged his head on somethibng as he had a big gash down the side of his head/face when we went to the chapel of rest to see him. The doctors put his death down to his ilnesses, i keep thinking he had a brain haemorrage due to the bang on the head and the ear bleeds etc, were they wrong and just saying that because he was old.( 82) my mum said the noise of him falling was immense! thank you.
