Could The Delayed Periods Be Related To Breast Surgery?

Hi on wednesday i had my boobs done again as I was ill and had to have them removed a few months ago. However when i came to hospital on wednesday my period was a few days late. My partner had the snip 5 years ago so have never considered getting pregnant. However it is now nearly two weeks late. Could this be possible and will I have done harm having surgery andd medication?
