Hi,

Dizziness may be due to many causes like middle ear infection or cardiac or neurological problems. Anemia or hypothyroidism may also cause this problem.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water, use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for 5 days.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult your ENT specialist who will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
