General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Cyst and fibroid are possible causes. The bleeding might have caused anemia which will subsequently provoke dizziness. Consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated. In symptomatic cases surgery may be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family physician
