Could The Early Menstruation Be Due To Pregnancy?

I been having unprotected sex for over 2 months now and everything was fine my periods were normal too but this month my period came a week early I got it sunday night jan 12th around 11 and it is now the 20th and im still bleeding a little bit it has been a bright red the entire time and now its a light pink color and 2 days ago when I pee it started to burn what could this be? Please give me advice im worried and I took a pregnancy test it was negative should I go to the doctor?

The bleeding and burning micturation suggests a possible infection which needs to be confirmed using a urine sample. Please visit your doctor for the same and in the meantime drink plenty of water and cranberry juice as tolerated.
