Could The Feeling Of Lump On Ribcage Be Due To Arthritis Of Spine?

I have a lump on left side of rib cage although it does not hurt but when i sleep on my right side it pulls & affects my breathing my gp said nothing to worry about as its likely to be athritis because i have it in my spine could he be right or anything to worry abov

* As per my clinical experience, spine arthritis condition does not give rise to lump on the ribcage.

* There can be bony overgrowth, lipoma or else which can show up like this.

* An x-ray and soft tissue ultrasound are of paramount importance in this instance.
