Could The Freckle Spot On Cheek Be Melanoma?
I have a freckle like black spot on my left cheek. Could it be melanoma? If so, my doctor suggested an ENT doctor
instead of a dermatologist. Also, I have a red bump (about two weeks on my nose) and it is getting smaller but

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say this is not the "melanoma" you have not given the complete history here as for example your age and gender is missing here, since how long you have this lesion this is not given here, to clear the doubt better to get done the biopsy test, take care and have a nice day.
