Could The Hiatal Hernia In Chest Be Due To Impact After Car Accident?

hello i was in a minor car accident. I hit another vehicle from behind. I did not hit my head. I was not injured except I was pushed forward and back with not much impact. However, I have always sufferd from reflux could this have caused a hiatal hernia in my chest. I am depressed about this situation.
