Could The High Blood Pressure Be Due To MS?

Hello! I am a 39 year old woman, 5'3, about 125-130 pds., I have M.S. and just started on the drug, Tysbri, a once a month infusion. Lately every time a nurse or doctor has been taking my blood pressure it has been high and they will say to me 'do you have high blood pressure'? I tell them not that I am aware of and just tell them its my emotions. I can be emotional and get exicted easily, I believe its because of the M.S. Is there anything I can do so to not take any medicine? I am not on anything else besides Tysybri, just vitamins.
