Could The Hip Fall Cause Joint Pains With Stiffness?

Hi, i fell on a wet floor about four weeks before going on holiday. I landed with the whole weight of my body on my left side. I did have bruising on my left hip. Then about one week before the holiday my right hip started to hurt, so painful to walk and i couldnt lay on that side.but i left it thinking it would go away. Then a few days into my holiday we went for a short walk and the next day my right ankle both knees started to swell up were very stiff and i couldnt bend my knees at all.They felt like they would pop. i rested for the whole holiday and when we got back i went to doctors, he said its the start of osteoarthritis, age wear and tear.To take ibeprofen Im 55. The following week i went back because there was no change i had blood test done for gout and arthritis, that came back negative.Ive been given
solpadol and ibreprofen 600mls and had xrays but awaiting results.
