Could The Ill-defined, Mildly Echogenic Nodules In My Ultrasound Report Be Cancerous, Given My Back Pain And Sharp Pain When Twisting?

Hi, I have an U/S report that states: There is an ill-defined, mildly echogenic 7 x 4 x 5 mm avascular focus shown in the subcutaneous soft tissues. Another oval mildly echogenic 36 x 19 x 6 mm nodule next to the muscle. It is 10 mm deep to the skin surface. No internal vascularity. Could this be cancerous? I have a general achiness around the area in my back, with sharp pain if I twist to the left
