Could The Implant, In Case Of Pregnancy, Harm The Baby If Not Removed On Time?

Hi my implant was due to be renewed on the 21/12/ 2013 but my doctors could not fit me in and still can not until end of jan is there a big risk I could fall pregnant or can it still work for a little longer? And if I did fall pregnant could the implant harm the baby?

The implant in situ with pregnancy can cause an early pregnancy bleeding and termination of pregnancy. It is best to get it removed as soon as you cone to know about pregnancy with initial efforts.
