Could The Increased Cough In A Child Be Due To Furacort?

Hello my 8 year old is suffering with chronic cough past 5 months earlier also he had same problem which use to make his oxygen go to 87 nd was taken to emergency nd given neb.dualin neb helps him to control his coughing nd breathing problems but cough comes back after few days. Got his alegy test nd he has alergy fr dust fr which we have started furacort 100 twice daily nd meta spray i m giving him since yesterday but since morning his cough has increased is it because of furacort it has increased?Can i givr him dualin neb along with furacort inhaler to stop his cough?
