Could The Intense Pain In My Buttocks After A Fall Indicate A Tailbone Injury?

I fell yesterday and hurt the top of my buttocks quite badly. No bruising but very sore , having to lean forward when I sit and coughing, moving,bending etc cause bad pain. Even flatulence hurts. Is it my tailbone and does the absence of bruising mean it could be bone fracture?
