Could The Intercourse On The Day Of Menstruation Leads To Pregnancy?

i had sex with my husband on the same date when my periods coming regular but after sex i didnt get my periods on time i had checked with a pregnancy kit but result is negetive and now the month is almost going to finish but my periods didnt come plz suggest me what can i do now

Thanks for consulting us.
In women with regular periods, it is quite unlikely (but not impossible) to conceive on the day of expected menstruation.
If this is the only incident of intercourse during the respective month & pregnancy test is negative, then perhaps pregnancy is not the reason.
Please consider doing a blood pregnancy test & a trans-vaginal ultrasound. There could be other reasons for not having your period on time. Please visit a Gynecologist for further evaluation.
