Could The Itchy Bumps On The Buttocks Be Due To Hives, Herpes Or Fungal Infection?

I have 2 red itchy bumps in the exact spot on opposite sides of my buttocks. Doesn t itch all the time. 3 days later one on my arm pops up. They all look like large round mosquito bites. Not sure if this is related, but I have had issues with my stomach for a couple weeks. Diarrhea. Wondering could it be hives, herpes, gluten issues, fungal infection? Thank you. I do have pics I can provide.

Hi,

Itching on shin may be due to dryness of skin. Cosult the Dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply moisturizer cream like liq. Paraffin twice a day. Take antihistaminic like Cetirizine 10 mg daily.Do not use soap while bathing.

Hope this helps.
