Could The Light Blood Discharge Indicate Implantation Bleeding?
Hello I'm 23 , I've never had a late period further than few days nor has it ever been missed. I'm concerned I may be period I felt sick so I figured I needed the bathroom , when I went to the bathroom I only had gas (sorry if its TMI) but after I peed an wiped there was very little blood light an dotted like pencil tipped. An only when I wiped. If I've calculated correctly my period was due round the 6-12 and it's already the 25th? Am I pregnant? Could this be implantation bleeding?
Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
To be sure if you have conceived or not, you have to go for a urine pregnancy test, and a serum HCG estimation. If these are inconclusive, and still you are in doubt, then I as a doctor would advise you for an ante natal ultrasound which will be a confirmatory investigative procedure to diagnose a pregnancy or otherwise.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts. Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
