Could The Little Ball On The Testicles Be Spermatocle And Does It Need Treatment?

I am 13 and a day ago I found this little ball on my right testicle and left. It does not hurt it s fairly hard I shined a light through it was clear also I looked online the descriptions matched to be a spermatocle. Please tell me if I should go to the doctors I feel embarresed. And also I will they go away or is this just part of puberty

Based on your description I would state that you have bilateral Spermatocele.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get it confirmed by Ultrasound Scanning of the scrotum.

Spermatocele is a painless benign cyst and does not need any treatment .

Treatment is required only when it increases in size or gets infected .
