Could The Little Polyp On Groin Region Be Due To STD?

Every once in a while I get a little polup looking thing on my groinal region. It is red and kind of looks like a pimple but it is painless. For all i know it could be a pimple. I am sexually active and have had unprotected sex with several partners but it s been 2 months since ive slept with anybody. Could it be an STI?

Hello there,
It is more likely to be something related to you shaving or waxing down there. The razor or wax may cause these pimple type lesions that resolve on their own. You can apply calamine lotion to dry them out.
Please use protection whether you are sleeping with one partner or many. You may not have an STD now but risky behaviour like this may always keep you worried. Better safe than worry.

Hope this helps,
