Could The Lump Be Due To Ingrown Hair In Vagina?

Almost two months ago I got what I thought was an ingrown hair. But now it is purple and blueish and I bumped it while getting undressed and it started bleeding now it s flattened out but I ve popped it before and it came right back. It s still purple and now it s open were it was bleeding. I shaved today for the first time since I had gotten the bump. I was worried that hair was the reason for the bump. Please visit a dermatologist as it must be because of ingrowth, but it's infected, and you need an antibiotic dose with an anti-inflammatory.
