Could The Lump On The Breast Be Cancer?

I am scheduled for an annual mammogram this Saturday, but THINK I may have found a lump in the lower, inner quadrant of my left breast. I frankly can't tell the difference between my normal breast tissue and a lump, but this feels a bit different. I am 50 years old and have a history of fibroadenoma. What are the chances of this being breast cancer?

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Yes there are chances, we can not rule out.
2.There could be some findings which are not cancer but needs followup.
3.Get you Ultrasound and X-ray breast done and follow the reports of radiologist.
4.In some cases there will not be any lump - but still there leads to serious issues.
5.Only imaging helps in some cases. so follow - your doctor.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
