Could The Lump On The Right Apex Be Malignant?

Hi... good evening doc..... my father has a suspecious density of a right apex... what are the cheaper medications of this problem doc? Coz f ever needs an operation...we can't afford this doc coz we came only in a poor family here in philippines..... which can't afford of this kind of problem doc. I'm very pity to him doc anytime i look at him suffering the pain.... i cry always doctor coz i can't lose my father.... coz i love him so much.....
