Could The Marijuana Smoked 104 Hours Earlier Be Detected In Blood Test?

I smoked marijuana nearly 104 hours ago. I'm not Your common smoker I didn't smoke very much at all. I was just given a mouth swab at work tonight. I did research on the product they used and it stated that it detects ups to 72 hour yet I feel it's to close for comfort. I shouldn't of done it but since I did I'd like your opinion. Thank u

by 104 hours if at all it will be there in traces and may be undetectable on test .Why worry once you have decided not to repeat
if you have some problems which you have not shared go to physicians immediately
take care
