Could The Mild Discomfort In My Upper Right Chest Be Part Of The Adjustment After My Aortic Valve Procedure?

Male 77. Aortic valve through groing wed. 14th. Been doing fine. Take my bp every two hours ( (140s/60s average). Was told there is an Adjustment period to get used to it. Started having a BARELY noticable discomfort (NOT PAIN) upper right chest. Just in one small spot. No numbness, nausea, dizzy, weakness, NOTHING. Just that bothersome discomfort when laying down that doesn t interfere with sleep. BUT - I have either arthritis or bursited in my right shoulder. Just a couple of questions. Is this part of that adjusting ? OR possible radiating from that shoulder??? In NO distress as I type this. Pressure just now was 151/74.
