Could The Numbness And Tingling In My Right Hand Fingers, Worsened By My Job And Past Substance Use, Be Related To Circulation Issues?

My ring and middle fingers in my right hand are numb and tingly i work as a material handler and heavy use of my hand is a every day thing my hands do feel swollen also. I was hurt in 2018 2019 at work i hit my last hand with a hammer fractured my finger but i also did something to my right hand and arm because i was feeling numbness and tingling like i do know i was going to therapy for but never finished due tonlegal issues that had me incarvert after that the numbness went down but nevere fully left sometimes it was very little some times it was obvious but never to much now I m getting those same feelings every day for the past week.i am a use/ recoveringUser if illegal drugs like merh. Cocaine alcohol that can damage the circulatory system..can this be real red to my job or the use of these drugs? Also what can I do to help open blood flow to my hands and feet without taking medications?
