Could The Odor During Intercourse Be From My Kidney Stents Or A UTI, And Do I Need Antibiotics Or OTC Treatment?

Hi how are u I have a odor in my private area when me and my husband have intercourse. I have 5 stints in my right kidney I figured it might be from my stints and I may have a UTI ? Im so ready for this to go away! Do i need auntibotics or can I buy something over the counter?
