Could The Outbreak Of Bumps On The Face Be Due To STD?

Hello. I'm 30 years old, 200 lbs, never had any major health problems. I recently had unprotected sex with new partner then I had unprotected sex with old partner. Afterwards old partner has facial breakouts with bumps with pulse in them that have lasted over a week. I have no bumps or symptoms of any kind, she had a slight fever that went away after 4 days. I show no symptoms & new partner show no symptoms. Could I have passed a std to my old partner without knowing that would cause this facial breakout, if so what std? Please anwser+honestly.+Thank+you.
