Could The Outside Food I Ate 20 Days Ago Be Causing My Ongoing Loose Motions, Weakness, And Loss Of Appetite?

I suffering from loose motion only thrice a day ...and not able to eat anything though I hv taste ...as I hv not eaten properly from 20 days feel very week and not able to do daily cores ...apart from this nothing else 20 days back we had some outside food from barbeque nation after that all this started I am still repenting why I had it
