Could The Pain Behind The Eye Radiating Towards Head Be Migraine?

its been 3 or 4 months of this backache and the headache which starts behind the right eye and goes to the right side of my head. sometimes it becomes out of my control and makes me completely dull and angry. i tolerate it and then it goes away after 2 or 3 hours and at time it lasts for longer. i've never used any proper medicine for this but sometimes i try panadol and it gives me relief in backache also. i don't know what this kind of headache is called. is it migraine?
