Could The Pain In Neck And Tightness In Jaw Be Elevated By Smoking Marijuana?

I have some pain at the base of my neck, more around the right jugular area for about 2 weeks, aslo tight jaw and teeth, and occasional low grade fever. would it harm the conditions and the state of my head if I smoke marijuana before a dance performance I have in a couple of days?
