Could The Pain In Right Flank Be Indicative Of Kidney Or Liver Problem?

I m a 20 y/o female.I woke up this morning with right flank pain graded 2/10. Only a day has gone by, it s my first time to experience such. It doesn t hurt when I stand up, it only hurts when I sit down and lean forward. Is this indicative of a kidney or liver problem or is it just back pain from my sleeping position?
