Could The Pain In The Chest Be Related To Muscle Sprain?

I was wakeboarding, tried jumping over the wake going around 40mph and accidentally dipped the nose of my board into the water. I slammed the water surface so hard both my hand and face felt like it slid down a concrete hill. The left side of my chert hurts too, still now one day later. I'm taking advil but it's still painful. It's hard to find a comfortable laying/sitting position. I'm thinking it is chest muscle related but I wonder if I could have broke something. Colar bone is ok, ribs are also ok. Do you think it's muscle related?
