Could The Painful Hard Lump Under The Ankle Be A Bone Spur?

Hello. I kinda stumbled upon this site. But I'd like to know if I could possibly have a bone spur under my ankle or what it could be.. I have a semi hard lump under my ankle an the only reason why I've noticed is because the last week I started shifting my foot inwards to keep presure off it and then I wa standing for hours this weekend which is now causing it so much pain
