Could The Persistent Cough Be Due To Angioplasty?

I had an angioplasty with two stents in the left anterior decending coronary artery 4 days ago, and tonight I developed a persistent cough and had to get out of bed. I' ve taken hot tea and honey and the cough has somewhat subsided. I believe the cough is related to the angioplasty.
