Could The Pimples In Penis Shaft Be Due To Hair Remover Or STI?

Hi I used hair remover a few months ago on my genital area (penis shaft). I got lots of burns, the reaction hasnt stopped now i have some (FEW) pimples which look like warts on my penal gland. When i try to remove these pimples, only blood comes out. Could these wart looking features be a result of the hair remover or i could have an STI. I havent had sex before

It may be just due to blocked glands. Maintain proper hygiene. Consult dermatologist. Use of antibiotic and local application of ointment will be useful. It does't seem STI. And as there is not much pain, it doesn't look like herpes.
