Could The Pressure In Abdomen After Urinating Be Due To UTI?

I think I have a uti but not positive. I'm going to the bathroom more, but when I'm urinating and almost done I feel alot of pressure inside me that makes me think I have to urinate again, but I don't. Is it a uti and any over the otc meds I can take.

take healthy diet,
take fresh fruits.
avoid cola,coffee,junk foods,
take plenty of water,
no medicine is required,
consult your family doctor,
take care.
