Could The Pressure In Eyes And Nose With Headache Be Due To Concussion?

I am a 64 year old male I hit my head on a cast iron gas meter . I hit the top of my head it bleed a lot and 24 hours later there is a little blood on the bandaid. I have a headache and pressure in my nose and eye and get a headache when I lean forward. What to you think it can be concussion or a hetatoma or hopefully nothing I did not lose conscuious.
