Could The Probiotics Causes An Increase In ALT & AST Levels?

I fasted before my blood test, but I forgot I took my probiotics a half hour before the test. Would this cause an increase in my ALT and AST? Age 44, weight 170, being treated for elevated cholestrol. Cholestrol has come down, but sugar is elevated and my ALT and AST are too.
