Could The Red Bruises On My Elbow And Wrist Be From A Spreading Bruise Or A Possible Sprain, Even Though I Can Move My Arm And Hand?

I have a large bruise on my bicep from a direct blow. Last night I fell off the couch but didn’t think anything of it. I woke up with an odd red bruise on my elbow and my wrist. Both are the same red color. Is my large bruise leaking? Or did I break/sprain my elbow or wrist. I can move my hand and arm.
