Could The Red Color In My Stool After Eating Ketchup Chips Be From Food Dye, Or Is It Something Serious?

Last night I ate a large bag of ketchup chips ( colour is listed as one of the ingredients). Today there was a lot of RED in the toilet bowl after a bowel movement. It looked like blood, but when I wiped (both front and back) there was NO blood on the paper. Can you please tell me if this sounds serious?? (54year old woman, no longer having regular periods)
