Could The Severe Pain At The Back Of Head Mean Skull Fracture?

i hit my head on ice on the 03/12/10, i passed out, and i felt confused for few minutes. I did not get a scan but have been to the hospital and the doctor said i seemed fine.

today i was leaning back on a leather chair and felt sharp pain at the back of my head where i hit my head the first time. Does that mean i fractured my skull? Thank you.
