Could The Severe Pain In Tail Bone Be Due To Pulled Ligament?

Hi, I think I have pulled a ligament next to my tailbone. It really hurts on the left side when I stretch out my right leg or move it away from the other leg. I have tried stretching the muscles, using DeepHeat and I have also tried taking Ibroprufen and having hydrobaths but nothing seems to work. I really need some help please. Can you help me?
