Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Any one of the things like diabetis, or the anemia can cause such symptoms. There may also be the defeciency of the B complex factors like B12.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You have to get blood sugar examination periodically, to have an idea of the sugar levels.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods for good maintenance of health.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
