Could The Sharp Pain In Heart Be Due To Brain Tumor?

My friend was diagnosed with a brain tumor a few months ago. Since then she has had seizures, severe vomiting, and intense headaches. I have read that these are all symptoms of a brain tumor. Lately though she has been telling me that she has had sharp heart pains. Is there any correlation between the two?
